About this event

Self-sabotage... the behaviour that gets in the way of you achieving what you want to achieve. We all do it, in a number of ways and throughout the day, affecting both our business and our personal lives. But why do we self sabotage and how does it limit our success? ⛔

Be prepared to dig deep, and critically, learn something about yourself which will help you break through limiting beliefs and achieve your goals. This session has been designed to share learnings with peers and empower individuals to own and be accountable for their mental health and wellbeing, setting them up for success in work - and beyond. ⭐

This session is especially recommended for Founders and senior leaders, who often find themselves in a position of making difficult decisions, displaying leadership to their team, and driving their business forward. ↗️
